Luck and fate came together in Kansas City in May of 2023.

Chloe was working in the multi-family housing industry while Stefan was running a commercial glazing company. Ironically, the two had worked on multiple projects together but had never crossed paths in person. This all changed one night following the American Royal Rodeo when their passion for live music brought them together on the dance floor. It’s amazing what a good two-step and a bit of liquid courage can do for a couple just meeting.

The following week, their first date took place at Tavern in the Village, where they discussed family, friends, work, and Chloe's love for the KU Jayhawks—followed shortly by a history lesson on why Stefan dislikes the Jayhawks.

As the couple grew closer and met each other's families, Stefan knew Chloe was the one after seeing her interact with his baby niece.

Chloe had a feeling Stefan was different from the beginning. His love for his family, passion for hunting and fishing (which Chloe grew up around), and his good-natured personality made Chloe always know he was special.

Chloe and Stefan are excited to continue this amazing journey of life together and can’t wait to celebrate their big day surrounded by all of their favorite people.
